Marugen Koi Farm is pleased to showcase a lovely Taisho Sanke. This Sanke has excellent skin quality; classic four steps kohaku pattern with bright red beni and clean-cut kiwa. What’s more impressive is the sumi are all evenly spread out, with majority of the sumi yet to surface, and strategically located at the porcelain white shiroji skin, waiting to surface as Tsubo sumi. A Tategoi indeed, with immense potential to develop into a beautiful Sanke.
Despite being far from finished with most sumi yet to surfaced, this beautiful Sanke still managed to clinch 3rd Prize in the recent 18th Singapore Koi Show & Championship 2014 in the 25BU Taisho Sanke category.
